Solar Screens are made to order in Brisbane, and have a 2-4 week manufacturing period. To get your latest dispatch date, add four weeks to your purchase date.

Orders placed after the 13th of November will not be delivered before Christmas, and will be dispatched 8 weeks from your purchase date. This time accounts for freight times and Christmas closures. We advertised a later cut-off date, however this has been delayed due to material sourcing issues and those with affected orders have been emailed. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

If you require a refund, send MAKS an email above with your order number. We advise of these wait times on the product pages, but we understand if this is missed.
