What options do you have for a regular RV?

We would recommend a Dometic FreshJet 7 Pro for an RV under 19ft. Compared to the rest of the Series 7 range, you'll save some money due to it's lower cooling capacity.

If you know you'll require a little extra cooling (e.g., going to hotter desinations, over 3 people in the RV), you should consider upgrading to a FreshJet 7 Plus.

Depending on your roof setup, an under bed/cabinet A/C solution may be suitable, such as the Truma Saphir or Furrion 9000BTU. See below!

How much is installation?

If you're wanting to have your new unit installed with MAKS, you'll have to call us with more details about your van. We'll ask a few questions, and can get back to you instantly with a firm quote.

As a ballpark, our quotes will be around $440 to remove an existing unit and replace it. If it is a new installation, there is significnatly more work, so your quote will be roughly $1100-1200.
